Good post! In the busy world today most of us have the tendency to open the emails in mobiles rather than a desktop! so it is really important to make sure that our emails are mobile optimized . i agree with the point about the subject line.most of us judge the emails mainly based on the subject line. using more of text and less pictures is also a good idea. here are many more ideas that are totally appropriate when it comes to mobile optimized emails.
